The multi-part bottom assembly includes an annular structure having an inner edge, an outer edge and a plurality of evenly spaced wings projecting outwardly from the outer edge and terminating at distal ends. The annular structure is capable of being inserted through the open base end of the tubular body. A plurality of fasteners couple each of the plurality of wings of the annular structure to the base end of the tubular body.
