Abstract: The present invention relates to antibodies and their fragments that are immunoreactive to the mammalian, and more particularly, the human B7-H3 receptor and to uses thereof, particularly in the treatment of cancer and inflammation. The invention thus particularly concerns humanized B7-H3-reactive antibodies and their immunoreactive fragments that are capable of mediating, and more preferably enhancing the activation of the immune system against cancer cells that are associated with a variety of human cancers.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for detecting potentially unsafe wear levels in vehicle suspension systems. An embodiment operates by receiving acoustic signals of a vehicle suspension system, processing, the acoustic signals to generate training data, training a predictive learning algorithm to generate a predictive wear model and classifying the processed acoustic signals to indicate wear levels of one or more components of the vehicle suspension system. The trained predictive wear model subsequently predicts wear levels of the vehicle suspension system for notification to a cloud-based repository. Fleets of driverless vehicles may continuously monitor wear levels for timely maintenance before failure occurs.

Abstract: A rack apparatus includes a top member and a bottom member. A first extension arm is pivotably attached to the bottom member and a second extension arm is pivotably attached to the bottom member. A first linkage arm is pivotably attached to the top member and slideably attached to the first extension arm, and a second linkage arm is pivotably attached to the top member and slideably attached to the second extension arm. The rack apparatus is displaceable between a stowed position and a use position via linear displacement of the bottom member. When in the stowed position, the first and second extension arms are positioned alongside the top and bottom members, and when in the use position, the first and second extension arms extend away from the bottom member.

The middleware server then transmits a digital document to the portable device, including information that must be viewed by the user, and updates the status data indicative of a transmitted state of the digital document. In response to receiving an indication that the digital document has been viewed, the middleware server updates the stored status data indicative of a digital document viewed state.

Abstract: An adjustable guide rail system for transporting products is disclosed. The system comprises a pair of parallel conveyor side panels having upper surfaces in a common plane. A conveyor chain is formed as a plurality of rectangular slats having lower surfaces slidable along the upper surfaces of the conveyor side panel. The upper surfaces of the slats function for the receipt of products to be conveyed. A plurality of spacers/adjuster slide blocks are located at spaced apart locations between the conveyor side panels. The spacers/adjuster slide blocks have central apertures axially aligned therein. A plurality of pairs of parallel oriented adjuster slides are mounted for axial movement above and below the apertures of the spacer/adjuster slide blocks. Abstract: A system for filling bottles with pills including a drive wheel formed with an upper generally circular plate and a vertically spaced lower generally circular plate with concentric peripheries and axially aligned central apertures extending therethrough supportable on a drive shaft for rotation therewith. The plates are formed with a plurality of symmetrically located recesses on the peripheries of the plates for receiving bottles therein. A depth spacer is positioned within each recess and is radially movable toward and away from the axis of rotation and the peripheries of the plates. A pair of width plates are positioned on opposite sides of each recess to vary the width of each recess. The depth spacers and width plates allow the recesses to accommodate various sizes of bottles so that the openings in the bottles will be properly positioned at all times for use in automated pill dispensing systems.
