  • Patent number: 9197800
Abstract: An imaging robot for automated digitizing of two-dimensional art is disclosed. The imaging robot includes three mutually orthogonal translation stages for positioning an imaging device at a plurality of shooting positions forming a two-dimensional grid of positions spaced from the art at a substantially same shooting distance. An image of a portion of the art is captured at each of these shooting positions. The images of the portion of the art are then combined, or stitched, forming a composite image of the art.

  • Patent number: 4791639
Abstract: A communication switching system for routing digital voice and data signals and message signals between a plurality of peripheral circuits disposed in one or more peripheral subsystems and a main controller. Each peripheral subsystem is comprised of a peripheral switch matrix controlled by a peripheral control processor for switching the voice and data signals between predetermined peripheral circuits and the circuit switch matrix. The voice, data and message signals are transmitted through a circuit switch matrix of the main controller on predetermined time slot channels. The message signals are transmitted via communication controllers associated with the main controller and each of the peripheral subsystems according to a bit oriented data link protocol. The message signals are transmitted asynchronously during a predetermined one or more dynamically allocated time slot channels of the circuit switch matrix. The data link protocol guarantees error-free transmission of a plurality of message signals.

  • Patent number: 4544808
Abstract: An indicator for use with a multiline telephone, which displays the status of both a local and called telephone set. The status indicator is comprised of a first indicator enclosed within a second for displaying by a shade or color the status of a called line, and a second indicator at least partly surrounding the first for partly displaying the first for displaying by shade or color with the second indicator the status of the calling line, whereby a party observing the indicator obtains simultaneous indication of the status of the calling and the called lines. Preferably the first indicator is a circle, enclosed within the second indicator which is a square, both being elements of a liquid crystal display. Each square indicator can be located next to a line access pushbutton with which it is associated.
