The image region and the encoding region have no overlap. The method includes selecting, from pixels of the two-dimensional code, a pixel included in a code element in an encoding region. The method further includes determining a value of the code element in the encoding region according to the pixel included in the code element in the encoding region. The method further includes recognizing the two-dimensional code according to the value of the code element in the encoding region.

Abstract: An information processing method is performed at a terminal that is communicatively connected to a remote server. The method includes logging into a first user account of a social application and pulling, from the remote server, information associated with a social group, which includes the first user account and multiple user accounts that are direct contacts of the first user account including a second user account. First multi-media information is by the second user account and is selected. A third user account is not a direct contact of the first user account. Second multi-media information by the third user account is selected when it is interacted by the second user account and satisfies preset policies of the remote server. The first multi-media information and the second multi-media information are displayed in a same manner, together with the interaction information by the second user account on the second multi-media information.

Abstract: A data transmission system is provided for improving transmission scope and efficiency. The system includes a data device having a device identifier; a server having a server-side of an application program; and a mobile terminal having a client-side of the application program. The data device receives a trigger instruction, and broadcasts within a preset distance the device identifier of the data device according to the trigger instruction. When a distance between the mobile terminal and the data device is less than or equal to the preset distance, the mobile terminal enters the application program to receive the device identifier broadcasted by the data device, uploads the device identifier to the server-side of the application program, receives web page information that is corresponding to the device identifier and obtained by the server-side according to the device identifier, and displays the web page information on the application program of the mobile terminal.

Abstract: This application discloses a method implemented at a server to facilitate secure offline transactions. The server receives, from a client device, an authorization request that includes a user identifier, first financial account information and a secure code. The server authenticates the authorization request, and sends a first transaction approval to the client device. Then, in accordance with the information received in the authorization request, the server facilitates a secure transaction between the client device and a point-of-sale (POS) machine while the client device is offline. Specifically, the server receives, from the POS machine, a transaction request that includes at least the user identifier and the security code. The server retrieves the first financial account information from a memory according to the user identifier and the security code, performs a transaction operation associated with the first financial account information, and sends a second transaction approval to the POS machine.
