Abstract: A target service management method is provided. The method is applicable to services such as a voice call, a video call, video livestreaming, Cloud AR/VR, and tactile Internet. The method includes: An access network device determines key quality indicator KQI information of a target service during transmission of the target service on a target channel; and manages, based on the KQI information and a target service quality-of-service requirement corresponding to the KQI information, the target service. In this way, the access network device can manage the target service based on the quality of service of the target service and can improve effective utilization of an air interface resource of the access network device in transmitting the target service, and can further increase a capacity of users whose quality of service satisfies a requirement in a system.

Abstract: This application provides a method for obtaining a precoding matrix and an apparatus. The method includes: respectively obtaining autocorrelation matrices of N terminals based on channel estimation results of the N terminals, where the autocorrelation matrices are filtered in frequency domain and/or time domain to obtain statistical autocorrelation matrices; obtaining a joint precoding matrix of M terminals based on the statistical autocorrelation matrices respectively corresponding to the N terminals; and outputting information that indicates the joint precoding matrix, where the N terminals belong to the M terminals, M?2, 1?N?M, and M and N are both positive integers.

First channel estimation values and a plurality of second channel estimation values are obtained based on a resource block group. A first equalization coefficient is obtained based on the first channel estimation values. A second equalization coefficient is obtained based on the second channel estimation values. A plurality of first equivalent channel coefficients are obtained based on the first equalization coefficient. A plurality of second equivalent channel coefficients are obtained based on the second equalization coefficient. A first precoding weight and a second precoding weight are obtained based on the plurality of first equivalent channel coefficients and the plurality of second equivalent channel coefficients.
