    Abstract: A business role for a user is selected based on a job title of the user. IT roles are identified based on the selected business role. Provisioned IT roles of the user are compared to the identified IT roles. Differences between the identified and provisioned IT roles are remedied. The differences may be remedied by changing the business role definition.
