Patent number: 8109515Abstract: A puzzle formed by splitting of a 3-D body by three pairs of symmetrical conical surfaces. The body has a hollow sphere inside with three main axes coincided with the axes of each pair. The elements are a result of splitting by the conical surfaces and comprise outer and inner junction means providing two adjacent elements sliding with respect to each other. There are three types of elements with orientation means: six polar, twelve median and eight triangular elements. The elements adjacent to one conical surface comprise key open means providing elements move apart. The goal of the three-dimensional puzzle is to put the body in right order by 90 degrees rotations of elements spaced from one side of conical surfaces, to the initial ordered orientation, where the body can be separated for two parts providing access to the space located inside the hollow sphere.Type: GrantFiled: October 12, 2007Date of Patent: February 7, 2012Assignee: Lionsphere Puzzles PartnershipInventors: Lev A. Fedoseyev, Shlomo Caspi

Patent number: 7071587Abstract: An integrated cooler for electronic devices comprises a heat exchange element, a heat transferring element and a blower with an electric drive. The heat exchange element comprises a base and heat exchanging means. The electronic device directly thermally connected with the base or the heat exchanging means by the heat transferring element. The blower comprises an inlet, an outlet and a drum type impeller comprises a disk with blades mounted on an axle fixed perpendicularly to the base. The heat exchanging means located at the inlet and/or at the outlet, thus ambient air flows through the inlet, the impeller and the outlet in a series way and in the directions perpendicular to the axle, so that the blower is a crossflow type blower. The electric drive comprises a rotor and a stator. The rotor made as the impeller having circumferential arrayed magnetic means. The stator comprises circumferential arrayed coils.Type: GrantFiled: September 6, 2001Date of Patent: July 4, 2006Assignee: ROTYS Inc.Inventors: Edward L. Lopatinsky, Dan K. Shaefer, Saveliy T. Patent number: 7044202Abstract: A cooler for electronic devices provides cool air to the inlet sides of the heat sink by using a radial blower with blades located around air outlets of the heat sink. This blower is driven by a brushless DC electric motor. The motor has an opening in the center allowing for the transfer of incoming air to the center of the heat sink. The rotors outer circumferential arrayed poles are rigidly secured to the frame of the radial blower. The stator of the motor is rigidly secured to the heat sink and has an opening in its center. The stator comprises circumferential arrayed coils on circuit board material. When the current flows through the stator coils, the coils acquire a magnetic polarity. The poles of the rotor and stator coils attract and repel depending on the polarities. The cool air comes simultaneously from opposite sides of the heat sink. For this reason the heat sink has a divider located approximately in the middle of the heat sink fins.Type: GrantFiled: June 27, 2002Date of Patent: May 16, 2006Assignee: ROTYS Inc.Inventors: Edward L. Lopatinsky, Dan K. Schaefer, Saveliy T. Rosenfeld, Lev A. Fedoseyev
