Abstract: A fitness machine includes an elongate rail, a pair of wheels attached to a front portion of the rail, and a pair of handlebars attached to and extending from a back portion of the rail. The fitness machine can rotate between a horizontal orientation and a vertical orientation to provide bench-press like exercises. The wheels can be locked to enable the fitness machine to function as a drag sled for exercise. Weights can be added to the fitness machine to increase the resistance of the fitness machine for exercise.
