The first end of the extension arm is attached to the curved mounting plate. The extension arm is attached to and extends from the curved mounting plate. The shaft is irremovably connected with or to a second end of the extension arm. The shaft extends longitudinally around a central shaft axis.

Abstract: An apparatus for attaching equipment to a pole includes a plurality of pole-attaching brackets, a support member, and a plurality of U-shaped, longitudinally-extending members. The support member is connected with and between the plurality of pole-attaching brackets. The support member is adjustable towards and away from the plurality of pole-attaching brackets. The plurality of U-shaped, longitudinally-extending members are attached to the support member. Opposed ends of each U-shaped, longitudinally-extending member curve inwardly.
