    Abstract: Various solutions for satellite access network (SAN) or non-terrestrial network (NTN) measurement with respect to user equipment and network apparatus in mobile communications are described. An apparatus may determine a first number of synchronization signal blocks (SSBs) or SSB-based radio resource management (RRM) measurement timing configurations (SMTCs) overlapped in a time domain. The apparatus may determine a second number of satellites to be measured in each of the SMTCs. The apparatus may calculate a scaling factor according to the first number and the second number. The apparatus may determine a measurement period by applying the scaling factor. The apparatus may perform measurements on the satellites within the measurement period.

    Abstract: In one set of embodiments, during an initial pre-copying phase, copies of the virtual disks of a VM or VM template can be distributed across one or more datastores, prior to the start of any cloning. This effectively seeds each datastore with a disk pool comprising a certain number of copies of the VM/VM template's virtual disks. Then, at the time of receiving a user request to create k clones from the VM/VM template, up to k copies of the VM/VM template's virtual disks that already reside in the disk pools of one or more target datastores can be moved from those disk pools to the clones' home folders on the target datastores, thereby reducing or eliminating the need to create brand new copies of the virtual disks on demand.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, methods, and non-transitory computer readable media that utilize a deep visual fingerprinting model with parameters learned from robust contrastive learning to identify matching digital images and image provenance information. For example, the disclosed systems utilize an efficient learning procedure that leverages training on bounded adversarial examples to more accurately identify digital images (including adversarial images) with a small computational overhead. To illustrate, the disclosed systems utilize a first objective function that iteratively identifies augmentations to increase contrastive loss. Moreover, the disclosed systems utilize a second objective function that iteratively learns parameters of a deep visual fingerprinting model to reduce the contrastive loss.

    Abstract: A looping reaction hydrogen production system includes a reduction reaction device, a primary separation device, a hydrogen production reaction device, a secondary separation device, a primary heat transfer device and a cooling purification device. Based on looping combustion reaction mechanism, the system makes MeO/Me circularly flow between the hydrogen production reaction device and the reduction reaction device to respectively generate a reduction/oxidation chemical reaction, and to convert the conventional carbon-based solid fuel into the high-purity clean hydrogen energy. Compared with the conventional hydrogen production technology from water-gas shift reaction of syngas, the system reduces water consumption, energy consumption and environmental pollution of the hydrogen production process; converts conventional carbon-based fuel into clean hydrogen energy by use of renewable energy sources, such as solar energy; and achieves efficient capture and storage of gaseous CO2.
