    Abstract: The present invention belongs to the technical field of biomedicine, and specifically relates to an extracellular cyclophilin inhibitor and the use thereof, wherein the structural general formula of the extracellular cyclophilin inhibitor of the present invention is as shown in formula (I). According to the present invention, a group capable of reacting with sulfhydryl of cysteine at a specific site on blood albumin is extracted by means of a side chain of a new cyclosporin derivative, and a drug conjugate is rapidly formed after same enters the body, which can effectively restrict the drug to the extracellular area and form targeted inhibition of extracellular cyclophilin, thereby achieving the aim of treating diseases associated therewith.

    Abstract: An ion channel blocker for treatment and/or prevention of hepatic fibrosis is provided. Based on the fact that the activation of hepatic stellate cells is an important link in anti-hepatic fibrosis, it is found that gliclazide has the effect of inhibiting the activation of hepatic stellate cells by in vitro and in vivo experiments. Further exploration reveals that gliclazide mainly inhibits the activation of hepatic stellate cells by inhibiting autophagy pathways, and thus the gliclazide can be used to prepare medicaments for treatment and/or prevention of hepatic fibrosis.

    Abstract: A silicon carbon composite material includes a carbon matrix and a silicon material, the carbon matrix has a cross-linked porous structure internally, and the silicon material is at least partially distributed in the cross-linked porous structure. A value of flexibility C1 of the silicon carbon composite material satisfies 0.4?C1?2. C1 is a factor by which a compression deformation variable of the silicon carbon composite material is scaled to be equal to its rebound deformation variable, representing flexibility of the silicon carbon composite material. When the C1 value satisfies 0.4?C1?2, the silicon carbon composite material has good flexibility, reducing overall impact of expansion stress of silicon on the silicon carbon composite material, and allowing for a certain degree of contractility of the carbon matrix framework, so that residual stress can be received and released, thereby maintaining overall stability of the silicon carbon composite material.

    Abstract: Disclosed are use of an organic acid-containing leaching agent in leaching from an ion-adsorption type rare earth ore and method for leaching full-phase rare earth. A leaching agent containing a reducing organic acid or its compound leaching agent with a chemical leaching agent is used, and H+ or H+-cations in chemical leaching agent undergoes ion exchange so as to leach out an ion-exchangeable phase rare earth. Organic acid anions could complex with rare earth ions to reduce re-adsorption of rare earth ions onto clay minerals. The reducing organic acid could also realize dissolution and leaching of easily dissolved colloidal sediment phase rare earths and mineral phase rare earths. Rare earths that are difficult to dissolve are reduced by the reducing organic acid to form low-valent rare earth ions and leached out, thereby achieving simultaneous enhanced leaching of rare earths from ion-exchangeable phase, colloidal sediment phase, and mineral phase.

    Abstract: A pancreatic postoperative diabetes prediction system based on supervised deep subspace learning. A deep convolutional neural network and the MITK software are used to obtain postoperative residual pancreas area, so as to taken as the region-of-interest. Traditional image radiomics features and deep semantic features are extracted from the residual pancreas area, and a high-dimensional image feature set is constructed. Clinical factors related to diabetes, including pancreatic excision rate, fat and muscle tissue components, demographic information and living habits are extracted, and a clinical feature set is constructed. Based on a supervised deep subspace learning network, image and clinical features are represented and fused in subspace in dimensionality reduction, while a prediction model is trained to mine sensitive features highly relevant to the prediction risk of a patient suffering postoperative diabetes mellitus with a high degree of automation and discriminative accuracy.

    Abstract: Embodiments herein relate to a temperature-sensing circuit for a semiconductor device. The circuit has a remote temperature-sensing element (RTSE) including a metal thermistor formed in a metal layer on the front side or backside of a substrate. The metal thermistor may be serpentine or spiral shaped. The RTSE communicates with a separate sense circuit at another location such as on the substrate. The RTSE can further include a thin film resistor (TFR) in an adjacent dielectric layer of the stack or within the sense circuit. The RTSE is driven alternately at opposing ends to cancel out the effects of power supply variations. An output voltage which represents a sensed temperature is obtained from a point between the metal thermistor and the TFR for processing by an analog-to-digital converter.
