According to this solution, PREP atomization is used, and argon and helium are used in combination as a protective gas, thereby effectively increasing the cooling velocity required by titanium-based amorphous powder that can be achieved in this process and thus significantly improving the preparation success rate and purity of the titanium-based amorphous powder.
