  • Patent number: 9958663
Abstract: A light-trapping cancer cell stage testing method includes: measuring a first average escape velocity or range of first cancer cells and a second average escape velocity or range of second cancer cells whose stage is known and differ from that of the first cancer cells and whose types are known; utilizing the first average escape velocity and the second average escape velocity to calculate a reference ratio to build a database; selecting stage-unknown cancer cells and measuring an escape velocity of the stage-unknown cancer cells (type-known); utilizing the escape velocity of the stage-unknown cancer cells and an escape velocity of reference-stage cancer cells to calculate a ratio; and determining a stage of the stage-unknown cancer cells with a result comparing the ratio of the escape velocities for the stage-unknown cancer cells with the reference ratios stored in the database.

  • Patent number: 7871277
Abstract: An electronic device with a retractable connector has a housing, an electronic assembly being mounted in the housing and a positioning assembly being mounted between the housing and the electronic assembly. The housing has at least one positioning detent being formed in an inner surface of the housing. The electronic assembly has a circuit board and a connector being mounted on the circuit board and through the connector hole of the housing. The positioning assembly is securely mounted on the circuit board and selectively engages in the positioning detent of the housing. Since positioning structures are formed on the housing and the circuit board, the volume of the electronic device is reduced. In addition, no additional holes are formed through the housing and an original design and an appearance of the housing are kept.

  • Publication number: 20060082552
Abstract: A mouse with audio output function includes a control circuit, a volume control for adjusting high/low level of audio signals, an ON/OFF switch for supplying or cutting off power output from the control circuit, an amplifying circuit for amplifying audio signals, and a sound output device. A terminal is connected to an audio output on a computer to transmit audio signals from the computer to the amplifying circuit in the mouse. The audio signals amplified at the amplifying circuit are output via the sound device as sound. The mouse can therefore replace conventional sound playing devices and allows a user to enjoy sound from the computer without the need of installing separate speakers. Moreover, the mouse is directly supplied with power from the computer without the need of an external power source to drive the audio output function, and could be conveniently carried along with the user for use at different places.
