  • Patent number: 12195553
Abstract: Disclosed are the development of a recombinant chicken IgY monoclonal antibody and a recombinant chicken IgY single-chain variable fragment (scFv) antibody raised against human thymidine kinase 1 in mammalian cells and a preparation method and use thereof. A light chain of the scFv antibody includes an amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 1, and a heavy chain of the scFv antibody includes an amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 2.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: March 4, 2021
Date of Patent: January 14, 2025
Assignee: SINO-SWED TONGKANG BIO-TECH (SHENZHEN) LIMITED
Inventors: Zuosheng Li, Hu Chen, Huijun Li, Li Dang, Liwen Liang, Cong Fang, Junye Tan, Ellen He, Sven Isac Skog, Ji Zhou
  • Patent number: 12103980
Abstract: Disclosed are the expression of a recombinant chicken IgY scFv antibody and monoclonal antibody raised against human thymidine kinase 1 (hTK1) in prokaryotic cells and a preparation method and use thereof. The scFv antibody includes an amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 1. The anti-hTK1 recombinant scFv antibody and monoclonal antibody have good immunoreactivity, high specificity and sensitivity, and are easy to separate and purify.

  • Patent number: 11423711
Abstract: A method and system for estimating the corrosion levels of a steering rack of a vehicle. Measurements of torsional force applied to the steering rack are taken with respect to the displacement of the steering rack from a neutral position and the moving velocity of the vehicle, and compared to the expected values corresponding to a non-corroded steering rack. The degree of difference between the measured and expected values may then be used to estimate the level of corrosion of the steering rack.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: May 3, 2019
Date of Patent: August 23, 2022
Assignees: Robert Bosch Automotive Steering LLC, Robert Bosch GmbH
    Inventors: Achim Frankovics, Li Dang

  • Patent number: 11062538
Abstract: A system and method for detecting corrosion in a steering rack of a vehicle based upon the performance of the steering rack in comparison to reference data collected for a non-corroded steering rack. Corrosion may be detected based upon analysis of performance data with respect to steering joggle or a data transform. Performance data may comprise displacement of the steering rack with respect to a neutral position, or the force applied to the components of the steering system.

  • Publication number: 20210190780
Abstract: Disclosed are a kit and use thereof. The kit includes a first polyclonal antibody that has been immobilized or suitable for immobilization on a solid carrier, a second polyclonal antibody labeled with a marker. Both the first polyclonal antibody and the second polyclonal antibody are both chicken anti human-thymidine kinase IgY-polyclonal antibodies. Both the first polyclonal antibody and the second polyclonal antibody are suitable for specifically binding to thymidine kinase 1. The kit is suitable for the risk assessment of micro malignant tumors/precancerous diseases and tumors that are not detectable by human population screening images.
