Abstract: The present invention relates to a composite laminate plate, a housing and a mobile communication device. The composite laminate includes a top metal layer with a through hole and an array antenna, and an area ratio of the array antenna to the through hole meets a specific range, thereby enhancing wave transmissivity of a millimeter wave. Moreover, the composite laminate has a specific material structure, such that it has good mechanical properties and low density. The housing and the mobile communication device made by the composite laminate have advantages of metallic texture, high signal intensity and excellent effect for light weight tendency.

Abstract: An impact energy absorbing apparatus includes: a base, an axial crush component, a top plate, and an energy transfer component. The base is fastened to a protected object, and a tapered hole is provided on a top surface of the base. A bottom end face of the metal hollow rod of the axial crush component is joined with the top surface of the base. The energy transfer component includes a force bearing plate and a guiding rod extending outwards, where the force bearing plate is superimposed on a top surface of the metal hollow rod, the guiding rod is inserted to a position corresponding to the tapered hole in the metal hollow rod, an outer diameter of the guiding rod is less than a greatest diameter of the tapered hole, an inner diameter of the guiding rod is greater than a smallest diameter of the tapered hole.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a golf head and a welding method thereof. In the welding method of the invention, a metal plate is disposed in an opening of a metal body, wherein the shape of the metal plate matches that of the opening. Subsequently, a first electrode and a second electrode contact a back surface of the metal body and a top surface of the metal plate respectively, wherein the shapes of the first electrode and the second electrode match those of the back surface and the top surface respectively. Finally, the first electrode and the second electrode output a current so as to weld the metal body and the metal plate by a resistance welding process. By utilizing the welding method, the welding speed can be significantly increased so as to increase the yield, and the welded joint can be stronger. Furthermore, the welded golf head has a high flatness so that the following manufacturing cost can be decreased.
