    Abstract: This application discloses methods and compositions for use in treating cancer, including breast cancer (such as metastatic triple negative breast cancer, mTNBC), urothelial carcinoma, renal cell carcinoma, and liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC) with the combination of a PD-1 axis binding antagonist (e.g., a PD-L1 binding antibody such as atezolizumab) and an IL6 antagonist (e.g. an anti-IL6 receptor antibody such as tocilizumab), optionally further comprising a VEGF antagonist (e.g. an anti-VEGF antibody such as bevacizumab). Optionally, the patient has C-reactive protein (CRP) and/or IL-6 level(s) above the upper limit of normal. Optionally, the cancer is PD-L1 positive.

The image processing method includes the steps of: storing an angle-to-surrounding-image model table; detecting an angle and providing an angle measurement; accessing the angle-to-surrounding-image model table to obtain a selected angle and a selected surrounding image model corresponding to the angle measurement; capturing 6 adjacent images corresponding to the surrounding of the vehicle body by the image capturers disposed on the 6 surrounding sides of the articulated vehicle; obtaining a practical operating surrounding image by processing the first to the sixth images with the selected surrounding image model.

    Abstract: A warning method and system for detecting lane-changing condition of rear-approaching vehicles are disclosed, in which the method comprises the steps of: detecting rear-view images of an ego-vehicle so as to be used for defining three regions of interest (ROI) corresponding respectively to a lane to the left of the ego-vehicle, a lane to the right of the ego-vehicle, and a lane where the ego-vehicle is travelling thereon; detecting whether there is any direction light that is flashing to be used as basis for determining whether there is any vehicle approaching from the rear that is expected to be a potential threat to the ego-vehicle; and if so, issuing an alarm signal to the driver of the ego-vehicle for reminding the same to aware the distance between the ego-vehicle and the rear-approaching vehicle. Thereby, the driver's road environment awareness is enhanced and consequently the safety of driving can be improved.
