  • Publication number: 20240085579
Abstract: A tuning method for a collimator of a CT machine, which, in each cycle of X-ray scan operation and stop, may include determining whether an X-ray is generated from the anode plate; calculating the Z-direction heating displacement of the slot plate during the current scan based on a detected X-ray, driving the slot plate to move by the heating displacement in the Z-direction, calculating the total Z-direction heating displacement of the slot plate at the end of the current scan, calculating the cooling displacement of the slot plate during the current stop based on the stop time of the X-ray, and driving the slot plate to move.

  • Publication number: 20220166012
Abstract: The invention provides primary batteries that incorporate a desodiated sodium transition metal oxide into the positive electrode (a cathode). Batteries of the invention using a desodiated sodium transition metal oxide in the cathode exhibit discharge voltages, battery capacities, and energy densities higher than a traditional Zn—MnO2 dry cell battery, such as a commercially available AA battery. These batteries are also advantageous over comparable lithium ion batteries due to the high abundance and low cost of sodium precursor materials with similar electrical performance.

  • Publication number: 20170119158
Abstract: A two-piece chair frame assembly comprises a back piece and a front piece joined together to form a chair frame. The back and front pieces are separate and discrete pieces until joined together. The back piece comprises a pair of rear legs, a backrest frame, and a back seat frame portion. The front piece comprises a pair of front legs and a front seat frame portion. The front and back seat frame portions join together to form a seat frame. The back and front pieces have different surface characteristics.

  • Publication number: 20150012856
Abstract: Method of displaying a user interface on an electronic device for one handed operation includes creating a user interface area configured to receive graphic items from the user interface, and displaying the graphic items within the user interface area. The method sets one or more parameters for each graphic item within the user interface area, and controls the electronic device to work in a one-handed operation mode. The method further obtains the set parameters of each graphic item, and adjusts a display screen of the electronic device to display the user interface for one handed operation based on the set parameters of each graphic item.

  • Publication number: 20100262416
Abstract: A system and method for simulating an attention (AT) command test of a mobile phone reads an AT function from an AT script file. If the AT function is a passive request function, the AT function is executed directly. If the AT function is an active request function, the system receives an AT request from an application program of the mobile phone. The AT request is converted into environment variables recognizable by the AT script file. If the environment variables match the AT function, the AT function is executed and an AT response is generated. The application program receives the AT response.

  • Publication number: 20050220711
Abstract: The invention presents a method for selectively slowing the motion of acoustically active particles immersed in a flowing fluid, eventually stopping their motion, holding them in place by pushing them against a surface or against the flow of said flowing fluid, and/or breaking up said acoustically active particles into smaller particles and/or dissolving them. The invention also relates to various systems that utilize this method.
