The present invention precisely controls the morphology and CD, and obtains a double-patterned target pattern with consistent CD sizes of a top and a bottom and a consistent bottom height, so as to improve a product yield.

The present invention realizes the controllability of the boundary of the graphene by adjusting the ratio of the carbon source gas to catalytic gas in the growth process of graphene on the surface of the substrate; the present invention can enable graphene to sequentially continuously grow by changing growth conditions on the basis of already formed graphene, so as to change the original boundary shape of the graphene.

    Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display panel and an OLED display device are provided. The OLED display panel, by providing an auxiliary water-oxygen barrier layer between the light-emitting functional layer and the substrate, water-oxygen can be isolated by the auxiliary water-oxygen barrier layer even through the gap between the second flexible layer and the second flexible layer and the second barrier layer, thus preventing erosion of the light-emitting functional layer and improving the water-oxygen isolation capacity of the OLED display panels. The technical problem that current active-matrix organic light-emitting diode (AMOLED) display panels, having a poor ability to isolate water-oxygen, is solved.

The main components of the device of electrokinetic remediation and PRB include cathode, anode, electrode chamber and PRB. A liquid injection pipe is installed between various electrodes and PRBs. The operation of each device is controlled by each control system. The disclosure integrated rotated migration and PRB for remediating contaminants. Surface active agents is helpful for dispersing TCE from soil. The arrangement of the electrode and the PRB greatly shortens distances and time of pollutant migration, which accelerate the speed of remediation and reduce post-processing procedures. In the process of treatment, the three technical methods promote each other, and have the advantages of good repair effect, short time, no secondary pollution and easy operation.
