    Abstract: Systems and techniques are described herein for refining depth values. For instance, a method for refining depth values is provided. The method may include obtaining a depth representation of a scene, the depth representation comprising depth values based on a time-of-flight (ToF) signal; obtaining amplitude values corresponding to the depth values of the depth representation, wherein the amplitude values are based on the ToF signal; generating a peak map based on the amplitude values and the depth values; generating a depth-based mask based on the depth values; and generating refined depth values based on the depth values, the peak map, and the depth-based mask.

In the disclosed memory device, one or more first dielectric trenches are formed in the BSG and extend in a length direction of the substrate to separate the BSG into a plurality of sub-BSGs. In addition, one or more common source regions are formed over the substrate and extend in the length direction of the substrate. The one or more common source regions further extend through the BSG, the plurality of word lines and the plurality of insulating layers.

The apparatus may then output the filtered current frame and use the filtered current frame to determine depth value for other applications.

    Abstract: A method for identifying and extracting characterization parameters of recycled concrete sand particles based on deep learning technology is provided. The method integrates image processing method based on deep learning and quickly recognition of recycled concrete sand particles (RCSP), adopts U-Net semantic segmentation model, develops RCSP data set by inventing a 3D image acquisition platform equipment of recycled concrete sand, in which two CCD industrial cameras are used to collect original multi-dimensional images of the moving RCSP synchronously in the same frame. Secondly, data sets are separated into training set and verification set by 4:1, in which training set are first used to train the U-Net semantic segmentation model to quickly identify the recycled concrete sand, during this process the best training parameters of U-Net semantic segmentation model are determined. Finally, the verification sets are adopted to validate the training model.
