  • Publication number: 20250123200
Abstract: A method for detecting an object containing recycled plastic materials by qualitative and semi-quantitative detections is revealed, in which observing a yellowing condition of the object using a first light source, and illuminating the object using a second light source for observing a defect amount on the surface image of the object. When a yellowing index of the object is smaller than a standard yellowing index as well as a second defect condition is greater than a first defect condition, and an activation energy value of the object from a thermogravimetric analyzer is smaller than a standard activation energy value, the object does contain recycled plastic materials. Since the spectrums of recycled PET and native PET are different, the object contains recycled PET and the proportion of the recycled PET are determined according to the spectrums of fluorescent spectrum analysis and the difference ratio between the spectrums respectively.

  • Publication number: 20160275811
Abstract: A three-dimensional triangular paper block paper folding aid includes a primary forming board, which the top end being a base block, and the base block extends obliquely towards both sides to form two isosceles upper bevels, and then extends inwardly and obliquely to form two isosceles lower bevels, which being coupled into a right angle (90°). One of the sides of the primary forming board has a vertical midline with a length substantially equal to half of the length of the folding paper, and the turning points between the two upper bevel edges and two lower bevel edges on the other side of the primary forming board are connected into a horizontal midline with a width substantially equal to the width of the folding paper, and the vertical midline and the horizontal midline provide a positioning guide to the folding paper.

  • Publication number: 20120223166
Abstract: A method of producing devulcanized and activated rubber particles from vulcanized rubber products includes providing a jet unit including a rotatable jetting head that has a plurality of self-rotating nozzles for producing an ultra-high-speed jet fluid, and impinging the vulcanized rubber products using the ultra-high-speed jet fluid. The ultra-high-speed jet fluid has a Reynold's number ranging from 100,000 to 4,000,000. The rotatable jetting head rotates at a rotating speed of not less than 2,000 rpm. Each of the self-rotating nozzles produces a jet fluid that has an initial apparent kinetic energy of not less than 10×103 KJ.

  • Publication number: 20100144973
Abstract: A particulate rubber composition includes a plurality of rubber particles. At least some of the rubber particles have tensile fractured surfaces. The particulate rubber composition is produced by a method that includes disintegrating a cross-linked rubber product to form the rubber particles using a high-speed jets fluid to impinge the cross-linked rubber product. The high-speed jets fluid has a Reynold's number that ranges from 100,000 to 4,000,000. A product including a polymeric matrix material and the particulate rubber composition is also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 7210816
Abstract: An automatically rotatable lamp ball includes a power unit provided with a motor having its downward shaft driving two rollers to rotate and its upward shaft driving a lamp arm to rotate. The lamp arm is disposed thereon with a plurality of LEDs, and the integral body of the power unit and the lamp arm is received in the interior of a transparent outer casing and actuated to rotate therein for pushing the outer casing to roll freely at the same time. When the lamp arm is actuated to rotate, the LEDs installed thereon will simultaneously give out flickering lights in sequence and at intervals and, due to visual persistence, presenting freely movable stereoscopic light patterns or letters. So the invention is innovative and exclusively original in structure and having excellent entertaining effect.

  • Patent number: 5934968
Abstract: A toy having a motorized portion in the form of an inanimate object and a non-motorized portion in the form of an animate object. The two portions are tethered together, and the motorized portion is driven such that the non-motorized portion in the form of an animate object appears to be alive and in pursuit of the inanimate motorized portion. The motorized portion preferably is in the form of a substantially spherical hollow ball within which an eccentric driving mechanism is placed. The non-motorized portion is an animal with a furry body or bushy tail and is preferably a weasel, embodies by a furry tail having a face invisibly connected to the ball. The non-motorized portion is preferably tethered to the motorized portion with a substantially invisible attachment so that from a distance the two portions of the toy do not appear to be connected together.
