  • Patent number: 12244261
Abstract: A solar photovoltaic module comprises a generator body and a support body, and can be repaired in place after installation on a roof by removing and replacing the solar panel laminate from the generator body of the solar module. The support body of the solar module comprises an elongated rail defining an upper tabletop onto which a fastener may be affixed and a lower tabletop to receive the generator body. The solar panel laminate of the generator body is retained by a frame comprising a horizontal front frame element having a hook to engage a support body of another solar module.

  • Publication number: 20250018447
Abstract: A lifting control apparatus may include: a base for holding a basket containing silicon wafers; brackets provided on an outside of both ends of the base; and a driver for driving the brackets to move up and down. The driver is provided with a lead screw. The lead screw is connected with the bracket on a same side. The lead screw on one side is driven to rotate the lead screw on another side synchronously, and the lead screws on both sides are driven to move the brackets on both sides and the base between the brackets up and down together. Or the lead screws on both sides are driven to rotate synchronously, so that the lead screws on both sides drive the base between the brackets through the correspondingly brackets to move up and down together.

  • Publication number: 20120298167
Abstract: It is an invention of the structure and manufacturing process of a kind of solar panel, which particularly is for a kind of solar shingle. Junction box is designed at the central area of the solar panel. The bus-bars connecting the electrodes of the solar cell array and the junction box are laid to go over the backside of solar cell array. In order to avoid shorting the circuitry by bus-bars located between solar cells and to prevent delaminating of the layers of the solar cells around the area covered by the bus-bars, an isolating component is in interposed contact between the bus-bar and the solar cells.

  • Publication number: 20100055673
Abstract: A device for analysing the status of a biological entity. The device (10) comprises a substantially transparent base substrate (11) having a recess defined therein by at least two opposing lateral walls and a base wall, a substantially transparent filler member (14) having at least a portion thereof occupying the recess, a substantially transparent separation layer (12) disposed between the filler member and the base substrate, and a channel (16) defined in the filler member, wherein the channel comprises an inlet and an outlet, the inlet being arranged on a first lateral wall of the filler member, and the outlet being arranged on a second lateral wall of the filler member, said first lateral wall of the filler member being arranged in opposing relationship with the second lateral wall of the filler member, and at least a portion of the first and the second lateral walls of the filler member being at least substantially perpendicular to the opposing lateral walls defining the recess.

  • Publication number: 20090128436
Abstract: Means for trimming an inductor on a chip for use in RFID tags. The inductor coil (4) is manufactured on a chip (1) and covered with a dielectric layer (3). Upon the dielectric layer (3) strips (5) are made above the inductor (4) thus forming a capacitor in parallel with the inductor. The strips (5) may be of different widths and one end of each may be electrically connected (6) to the inductor. Selective removal of strips (5) allows the capacitance in parallel to the inductor to be adjusted and so the effective inductance as seen by an external circuit is adjusted.

  • Publication number: 20020171517
Abstract: A new inductor-capacitor resonance RF (LCR-RF) switching device is achieved. The device comprises a microelectronic mechanical switch and a spiral inductor. The microelectronic mechanical switch comprises, first, a first dielectric layer overlying a substrate. A down electrode overlies the first dielectric layer. A second dielectric layer overlies the down electrode. An up electrode overlies the down electrode with the second dielectric layer therebetween. A bridge post overlies the first dielectric layer and does not contact the down electrode or the up electrode. Multiple bridge posts may be used. Finally, a membrane is suspended over said down electrode. One end of the membrane is fixed to the top of the bridge post. An electrostatic potential between the membrane and the down electrode will cause the membrane to flex down toward the down electrode. This flexing of the membrane will cause the capacitance of the switching device to vary.
