    Abstract: A knowledge graph embedding-based approach to content labeling is used for targeted content delivery in a web platform, such as a job website. Job posting data of the web platform is normalized and used to train a knowledge graph embedding. Labels are determined for job posting data of the web platform using the trained knowledge graph embedding, and mappings are determined between the labels and segments of users of the web platform. Current user data is obtained for a user of the web platform. A current segment to which the user corresponds is determined based on the current user data, a current mapping to which the current segment corresponds is determined based on the current segment, and targeted content to deliver to a device of the user is determined according to the current mapping. The targeted content may then be delivered to the user device.

At least two co-occurring single visual objects adjacent to each other in pixels of the image can be combined to obtain a compound visual object. The unsupervised machine learning classification model can be augmented to model the image as a mixture of subjects, where each subject is represented through placements of the visual objects in a mixture of concentric spheres centering on a mixture of intersections on a mixture of horizontal layers. At least one processor can learn latent relationships between the placements of the visual objects in a three-dimensional space depicted in the image and image semantics. Learning the latent relationships trains the unsupervised machine learning classification model to perform image subject classification through the placements of the visual objects in a new image.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a preparation method of a niobium diselenide (NbSe2) film with ultra-low friction and low electrical noise under sliding electrical contact in vacuum. The method uses a direct current (DC) closed field magnetron sputtering method for preparation. Through process design of low deposition pressure and low sputtering energy, on one hand, a purity of an NbSe2 sputtered product is kept, generation of interference phases such as NbSe3 is avoided, and electrical conductivity of the sputtered NbSe2 film is greatly improved, and on the other hand, a nanocrystalline/amorphous superlattice composite structure is formed, and excellent mechanical and lubricating properties are achieved. Under sliding electrical contact in vacuum, compared with those of a common electroplated gold coating, a friction coefficient of the film is reduced to 0.02 from 0.25, a wear life is prolonged by at least 7 times, and the electrical noise is reduced by about 50%.
