    Abstract: The present invention provides methods of establishing a wireless communication connection. The method includes establishing a Bluetooth low energy (BLE) connection between an electronic device and a mobile device. The electronic device transmits first connection information related to the electronic device to the mobile device using BLE. The method further includes transmitting a first Wi-Fi direct pairing request from the mobile device to the electronic device according to the first connection information. According to the method, the electronic device obtains second connection information related to the mobile device according to the first Wi-Fi direct pairing request and cancels the first Wi-Fi direct pairing request. The method further includes using the electronic device to transmit a second Wi-Fi direct pairing request to the mobile device according to the second connection information to establish a Wi-Fi direct connection.

    Abstract: A frame resolution setting method based on device media foundation transform (DMFT) and a computer system are provided. The DMFT establishes a resolution list including at least one first resolution according to the at least one first resolution supported by a main image capture device. An application program provides at least one second resolution to the DMFT to update the resolution list. A camera application program selects a target resolution between the first resolution and the second resolution in the resolution list provided by the DMFT. The application program performs image scaling processing on a plurality of first input image frames generated by the main image capture device according to the target resolution to generate a plurality of first output image frames conforming to the target resolution. The application program provides the first output image frames conforming to the target resolution to the DMFT.

    Abstract: A device for processing an abnormal sleep state of an operating system is provided. The processing device includes a detection unit, an abnormal event determination unit, an event information verification unit and an abnormality notification unit. The detection unit detects whether a screen lid closing event occurs, wherein the operating system is preset to enter a sleep mode when a screen lid is closed, and the operating system is preset to enter a wake-up mode when the screen lid is opened. The abnormal event determination unit determines whether the screen lid is closed and whether an event that the operating system is not entering the sleep mode occurs. The event information verification unit verifies an event information and determines whether the event is classified as an abnormal event. The abnormality notification unit sends an abnormality notification to a system administrator unit, which performs a processing according to power status.
