Publication number: 20240071665Abstract: A wheel control mechanism includes a support base, a wheel module, a first magnetic module and a second magnetic module. The wheel module, the first magnetic module and the second magnetic module are installed on the support base. The first magnetic module generates a magnetic attractive force to attract a metal ratchet of the wheel module. By adjusting the position of the second magnetic module relative to the first magnetic module, the strength of the magnetic attractive force is changed. Consequently, the rotation of the wheel module results in a tactile feel or does not result in the tactile feel.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 14, 2022Publication date: February 29, 2024Inventors: Chun-Nan Su, Chun-Che Wu, Sheng-An Tsai, Ming-Hao Hsieh, Li-Kuei Cheng

Patent number: 11797108Abstract: A mouse device includes a roller module. The roller module includes a base member, a scroll wheel, a magnetic conductor, a swingable arm, a driving motor and an actuating element. The scroll wheel is installed on the base member. The magnetic conductor is located beside the scroll wheel. When the scroll wheel is rotated, the magnetic conductor is correspondingly rotated. The swingable arm is installed on the base member. The swingable arm includes a magnetic element. The swingable arm is swingable relative to the magnetic conductor. When the swingable arm is swung to a first position, the magnetic element is aligned with the magnetic conductor. Consequently, a magnetic attraction force between the magnetic element and the magnetic conductor is generated. When the swingable arm is swung to a second position, the magnetic attraction force between the magnetic element and the magnetic conductor is eliminated.Type: GrantFiled: February 2, 2023Date of Patent: October 24, 2023Assignee: PRIMAX ELECTRONICS LTD.Inventors: Chun-Nan Su, Chun-Che Wu, Shu-An Huang, Chun-Lin Chu, Ming-Hao Hsieh, Sheng-An Tsai, Li-Kuei Cheng

Patent number: 11681379Abstract: A mouse device includes a wheel control mechanism and a control unit. The control unit is electrically connected with a magnetic force module and a rotating speed detector of the wheel control mechanism. Under control of the control unit, a first direction current or a second direction current is selectively provided to drive the magnetic force module. The flowing directions of the first direction current and the second direction current are opposite. Consequently, the rotating mode of the wheel control mechanism can be switched between different modes.Type: GrantFiled: September 19, 2022Date of Patent: June 20, 2023Assignee: PRIMAX ELECTRONICS LTD.Inventors: Chun-Nan Su, Chun-Che Wu, Chun-Lin Chu, Shu-An Huang, Ming-Hao Hsieh, Sheng-An Tsai, Li-Kuei Cheng

Patent number: 11525281Abstract: A smart door lock device is installed on a door panel. The smart door lock device includes a base, a handle and a projection module. The base is combined with the door panel. The handle is installed on the base. The projection module is installed on the base. A safe door opening range image corresponding to a rotation range of the door panel can be projected on a ground by the projection module.Type: GrantFiled: June 21, 2022Date of Patent: December 13, 2022Assignee: PRIMAX ELECTRONICS LTD.Inventors: Yung-Ming Tsai, Li-Kuei Cheng, Chi-Hsiang Sun

Patent number: 11175752Abstract: A roller mouse includes a casing, a wheel module, a swingable assembly and an adjusting element. The wheel module includes a wheel element. The swingable assembly is fixed on the wheel module, and located near the wheel element. When the adjusting element is in a first position, the swingable assembly is contacted with the wheel element, so that the wheel module is in a first clicking mode. When the adjusting element is moved to a second position, the swingable assembly is pushed by the adjusting element, and the swingable assembly is separated from the wheel element, so that the wheel module is in a second clicking mode.Type: GrantFiled: September 24, 2020Date of Patent: November 16, 2021Assignee: PRIMAX ELECTRONICS LTD.Inventors: Chun-Lin Chu, Hsiang-Yu Ou, Li-Kuei Cheng, Shu-An Huang

Patent number: 11099667Abstract: A mouse device includes a casing and a roller module. The roller module is installed within the casing. The roller module includes a roller wheel, a movable magnet, a first magnet and a second magnet. In response to a repulsive force between the first magnet and the movable magnet, the roller module is in a tactile feel mode. In response to an attractive force between the second magnet and the movable magnet, the roller module is in a smooth scrolling mode.Type: GrantFiled: June 25, 2020Date of Patent: August 24, 2021Assignee: PRIMAX ELECTRONICS LTD.Inventors: Li-Kuei Cheng, Sheng-An Tsai, Yung-Ming Tsai, Shu-An Huang, Chun-Che Wu

Patent number: 11061493Abstract: A mouse roller module includes a roller assembly, a sensing unit and a control unit. The roller assembly includes a stator and a rotator. When the roller assembly is in a first usage mode, the rotator is rotated relative to the stator in response to an applied force of a user. A rotating speed of the rotator relative to the stator is sensed by the sensing unit. If the rotating speed of the rotator relative to the stator reaches a threshold value when the roller assembly is in the first usage mode, the roller assembly is switched form the first usage mode to a second usage mode under control of the control unit. While the first usage mode is switched to the second usage mode, the roller assembly is switched to an enabled state, so that the stator drives rotation of the rotator.Type: GrantFiled: June 24, 2020Date of Patent: July 13, 2021Assignee: PRIMAX ELECTRONICS LTD.Inventors: Li-Kuei Cheng, Yung-Ming Tsai, Chun-Che Wu
