    Abstract: A system for refrigerant leakage detection includes one or more sensors configured to detect one or more parameters of a building system including a refrigerant. The system further includes one or more storage devices storing instructions thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to receive sensor data from the one or more sensors; apply the sensor data to a long short-term memory (LSTM) model to generate predicted sensor data corresponding to the one or more sensors; receive subsequent sensor data from the one or more sensors; compare the predicted sensor data to the subsequent sensor data; determine that the building system has a refrigerant leakage based on the comparison of the predicted sensor data to the subsequent sensor data; and, responsive to determining that the building system has the refrigerant leakage, take an action to address the refrigerant leakage.

By extracting the features such as content, size and morphology of each constituent phase in the microscopic image of heterogeneous materials, and combining the principles of physical descriptor and texture synthesis method, the constituent phase with 10 microns scale, regular geometrical morphology and low content is characterized and reconstructed based on the physical descriptor, and the constituent phase with 100 microns scale, complex geometrical morphology and high content is characterized and reconstructed based on texture synthesis, and then the composition is adjusted to compensate for the overlapping pixels of each constituent phase to obtain batch reconstructed images.

Electrically-conductive particles within the electrically-conductive adhesive may make the electrically-conductive adhesive electrically-conductive. A first set of the electrically-conductive particles may puncture the first alignment layer to contact the electrical contact, and a second set of the electrically-conductive particles may puncture the second alignment layer to contact the conductive layer. An electrical connection of the electrical contact and the conductive layer may be via a plurality of the electrically-conductive particles.

The system comprises a hybrid robot system composed of a mobile robot and an MDOF robot, a 3D vision system, and a welding system used for welding. The rough positioning technique based on a mobile platform and the accurate recognition and positioning technique based on high-accuracy 3D vision are combined, so the working range of the MDOF robot in the XYZ directions is expanded, and flexible welding of large structural parts is realized. The invention adopts 3D vision, thus having better error tolerance and lower requirements for the machining accuracy of workpieces, positioning accuracy of mobile robots and placement accuracy of the workpieces; and the cost is reduced, the flexibility is improved, the working range is expanded, labor is saved, production efficiency is improved, and welding quality is improved.
