The method includes: receiving downlink control information DCI; and activating/deactivating configured grant CG and packet data convergence protocol PDCP duplication transmission based on the DCI. With the above solution, the PDCP duplication transmission can be quickly activated/deactivated and the service transmission latency can be reduced.
