    Abstract: A deep learning-based digital holographic continuous phase noise reduction method for microstructure measurement is provided. A MEMS microstructure is simulated to generate an object phase image through generation of random matrix superposition, noise in a digital holographic continuous phase map is simultaneously simulated to generate a noise grayscale image, and a simulation data set is thus created. An end-to-end convolutional neural network is designed, and a trained convolutional neural network is trained and obtained. A holographic interference pattern of an object under measurement is collected by photographing, and after spectrum extraction, angular spectrum diffraction, phase unwrapping, and distortion compensation, a continuous phase map containing only the object phase and noise is obtained and input into the trained convolutional neural network to obtain an object phase map.

    Abstract: The present disclosure presents a device and method for monitoring and early warning of information perception regarding urban yellow mud water, featuring a rainfall collecting component, a video shooting component, a sediment content monitoring component, a water level monitoring component and a main controller. The video shooting component evaluates the long-term trend of yellow mud water production in a monitoring area by analyzing the color depth of captured water flow, sediment content in the pipeline's flow section, and meteorological rainfall data from the rainfall collecting component. Utilizing data on color, sediment content, flow section, and rainfall, this system achieves unsupervised real-time monitoring and precise early warning for yellow mud water. It provides a scientific basic for traceability, dynamic monitoring, and address challenges such as low measurement accuracy and omitted applicability found in existing methods.

    Abstract: A heating piece utilizing carbon fibers as wearable heating conductors. The carbon fibers are directly connected to a flexible printed circuit board, reducing heat loss and improving heating efficiency. The heating piece is ultra-light, flexible, and can meet requirements for various shapes. The design and process have addressed the durability under washing machine conditions and structure simplification issues. A main heating piece includes a flexible printed circuit board, a solder pad, hot melt adhesive sheets and TPU films, which forms a confined space and ensures safety of usage. A subsidiary heating piece is electrically connected to the main heating piece through the flexible printed circuit board, to achieve efficient collaborative operation. The disclosure reduces the number of wire connections and optimizes the layout of power wires, enhancing user experience, stability, and lifespan.

    Abstract: In a digital holographic wrapped phase aberration compensation method based on deep learning, a random Zernike polynomial coefficient and a corresponding wrapped phase map are generated by a computer and are respectively treated as a learning label and a network to train a neural network model. A digital holographic optical setup is built to record a hologram of a sample to be measured, the wrapped phase map is inputted into the trained neural network model after numerical reconstruction, and the Zernike polynomial coefficient is outputted to reconstruct a phase aberration distribution and to compensate complex amplitude in a spatial domain. Phase filtering and unwrapping are performed on the compensated wrapped phase map, and Zernike polynomial fitting based on background segmentation is performed on the unwrapped phase to compensate for residual aberration.

    Abstract: A structure for gloves capable of heating around a fingertip. A heating harness is fastened to a fingertip of a glove through a cloth strip fixing structure. The glove includes a hand back portion and a palm portion. The heating harness is wrapped with insulating material, and sewn in the glove through a cloth casing and a sewn fabric edge. A width of both cloth strip and sewn fabric edge are selected for heating effect and wearing comfort. As an interface of an external power supply, a wiring point is disposed outside the glove, so that usage is simplified. In addition, the present disclosure further includes a temperature controller and a power input wire. A method is to wrap a heating harness and then sew, to ensure production efficiency and product quality. In the present disclosure, a fingertip is heated efficiently and accurately, so that warmth retention performance is improved.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a design structure of a machine-washable temperature controller, to highly integrate a waterproof design and improve structure stability. The design includes a temperature controller body. The temperature controller body includes a silicone shell having a concave cavity. The design is unique in that a silicone support plate without a retaining wall board and a webbing-type electronic wire are provided. Strengthening and waterproofing of the overall structure are implemented through silicone with a specific viscosity. The webbing-type electronic wire is connected through a wiring slot notch, and a key portion is processed through a gum dipping technology, to enhance waterproof effect.
