  • Publication number: 20230075532
Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for making an ice surface of an ice rink and an ice rink including the ice surface. In the method, a salt solution is applied to an ice surface. The salt solution contains anions. A concentration of the anions is in a range from about 0.63 mmol/L to about 10 mmol/L. The anions in the salt solution are selected from the group consisting of chloride ions, nitrate ions, bromide ions, iodide ions, chlorate ions, perchlorate ions, thiocyanate ions, and any combination thereof. The ice surface is maintained at a temperature of about ?4° C. to about 14° C. to naturally freeze the salt solution.

  • Publication number: 20150133834
Abstract: An office chair allowing removing and mounting of massaging mechanism comprising a seat pad, a back-rest chair pad, a left armrest and a right armrest. There is a cavity inside the back-rest chair pad; a massaging mechanism is fitted inside the cavity; the massaging mechanism comprises a massaging head assembly and a driving assembly, both of which are mounted on a bottom case. The back-rest chair pad is furnished with at least 1 pair of rotary knobs. When the massaging mechanism is fitted inside the cavity and the rotary knobs rotate, press against the bottom case, and retain the massaging mechanism inside the cavity. To take out the massaging mechanism, just rotate the rotary knobs, and take out the massaging mechanism out of the cavity. The massaging mechanism may be replaced for various massaging effects that may relieve fatigues caused by sedentariness.

  • Patent number: 5165021
Abstract: An apparatus for managing transfer of a packet of information to one of a plurality of ports with each the port having an associated port speed includes a double linked list transmit queue and a plurality of port queues corresponding to the plurality of ports. The packet is read to determine a priority and destination port of the packet. A loadsheding value correlating to the packet's destination port and priority is determined and compared with a measure of the amount of free space in the transmit queue. The packet is loaded into the transmit queue if the loadsheding value is less than or equal to the measure of the amount of free space in the transmit queue. The packet is discarded in the event the loadsheding value is greater than the measure of the amount of free space in the transmit queue.
