  • Publication number: 20050274608
Abstract: An anion generator is disclosed to include a housing, an anion-generating panel mounted inside the housing near the bottom side, a meshed conducting plate mounted inside the housing near the top side, and a high voltage generator mounted inside the housing, the high voltage generator having a positive lead wire connected to the meshed conducting plate and a negative lead wire connected to the anion-generating panel for causing the anion-generating panel to generate currents of anions for carrying heat from a computer supported on the housing when electrically connected.

  • Patent number: 5909534
Abstract: A ventilation device having a housing with a grille at the bottom and two ventilation members at two sides of the grille is provided. A fan assembly is mounted on the housing and controlled to draw filthy air out of a room through air vents in the ventilation members. The ventilation device includes a plurality of electronic heating tubes mounted inside the housing and controlled to produce heat. A plurality of sleeves formed of a far infrared emitting material are respectively mounted on the electric heating tubes and heated by the electric heating tubes to emit energy in the far infrared portion of the spectrum. A reflector is provided which reflects far infrared rays into the room through gaps in the grille, and a light source provided for illumination.

  • Patent number: 5823099
Abstract: A grid includes a rectangular rack, a drip plate mounted on the rack, a cooking grid supported on the drip plate, a plurality of halogen lamp tubes transversely arranged in parallel on the rack, a plurality of far-infrared ceramic tubes respectively sleeved onto the halogen lamp tubes and heated to emit far-infrared rays for cooking foods on the cooking grid.

  • Patent number: 5820660
Abstract: An air cleaner having an improved dust collector is provided. The dust collector can be readily removed for cleaning since the dust collector is directly attached to the rear cover of the filter, such that it can be removed together with the rear cover for cleaning. As a result, the rear cover and the dust collector can be removed in a more safe manner, such that an electric shock can be advantageously avoided. The air cleaner is provided with a processing chamber in the rear portion of the housing and an anion generating plate is disposed within the processing chamber. A locking tab and one lead of a power cord are fixedly attached to one side of the anion generating plate. The other end of the locking tab is provided with a hook from which a spring extends. A rear cover is provided to enclose the processing chamber. The rear cover is provided with a plurality of mounting posts by which a dust collector is mounted thereon.

  • Patent number: 5713414
Abstract: An improved defrosting plate includes a defrosting mesh plate and a tray. The defrosting mesh plate is made from aluminum laminae processed into a plate with a plurality of polygonal meshes, appearing like a honeycomb. The meshes effectively enlarge the heat exchange surface and, working in cooperation with the aluminum laminae of good heat conductivity, speed up defrosting. The meshes also promote air circulation to allow hot air reach the food on the defrosting mesh plate from all directions to prevent dead spots. The water drops formed during defrosting may also flow through the meshes into the tray below.
