Abstract: A tool extension with a screw attraction structure includes an extension rod, an adjusting sleeve, a retaining ring, and a magnetic member. Thus, the screw may be attracted by the magnetic member in the extension rod, so that the extension rod may be used to rotate and lock the screw automatically without having to hold the screw manually, thereby facilitating the user operating the screw, and thereby enhancing the safety of usage. In addition, the limit of movement of the screwdriver head and the locking limit of the screw may be determined by adjusting the relative position between the adjusting sleeve and the mounting head of the extension rod.

The shank includes an end shaft having a socket opening for receiving a tool member, a bucket secured onto the shaft and having a bore for slidably receiving a casing. A magnetic member is engaged in the casing and includes an orifice for slidably receiving the tool member and for attracting and retaining the tool member to the shaft.

A spring-biased ball is engaged onto the attracting device and biased to engage with the tool by a resilient retaining ring, for detachably securing the attracting device onto the tool. A ferrule is rotatably engaged onto the tool for shielding and protecting the resilient retaining ring. The magnet includes a cavity for receiving a head of the tool.

Abstract: A tool includes a driving head pivotally coupled to a tool member at a pivotal coupler, and a barrel slidably engaged on the tool member and slidable to engage onto the driving head and to lock the driving head to the tool member and to prevent the driving head from rotating relative to the tool member about the pivotal coupler. The driving head may be rotated relative to the tool member about the pivotal coupler when the barrel is disengaged from the driving head. A pin is rotatably engaged through a channel of the pivotal coupler which is extended from the tool member.
