    Abstract: A thermostat device f a water heater includes a container having a thermostat chamber and a heating chamber interconnecting each other. The thermostat chamber comprises a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe. A temperature adjusting valve is provided in the water inlet pipe. The water inlet pipe has a first outlet interconnecting with the thermostat chamber and a second outlet interconnecting with the heating chamber. A heating device is provided in the heating chamber. An outlet is provided to interconnect the thermostat chamber and the heating chamber. A one-way valve is provided on the outlet. The one-way valve is controlled by the temperature adjusting valve to turn on or off the first outlet in order to maintain a constant temperature of the water.

    Abstract: A pot cover structure includes a cover and a number of clips, the center bottom of the cover is formed with a rim of wall with at least of two holes on the wall for the clips to secure therein, each clip has a stop section at the top portion, a contact section at the center portion and a block extending from the contact section downwardly, the block has a pair of clipper edges extending there from, the clips are equally set along the wall of the cover, when the cover is placed onto the pot, the stop section slows down the movement to prevent an abrupt engagement.

    Abstract: There is provided an improved turntable structure wherein a turning plate may be motor-driven or manually driven at the option of a user. The turntable includes a turning plate supported on a base plate via a rotation ring assembly. On the bottom surface of the turning plate is mounted a driving device from which extends a tie rod by which the user may manipulate the position of a driving wheel in the motor of the driving device to engage or disengage from the rotation ring assembly. The rotation ring assembly includes an upper sleeve affixed to the bottom surface of the turning plate, a lower sleeve affixed to the top surface of the base plate, and a bushing circumferentially opposing both the upper and lower sleeves. A plurality of roller balls are captured in aligned grooves formed into opposing surfaces of each of the upper and lower sleeves and the bushing.
