    Abstract: A method for optimizing dispatching of charging loads of electric vehicles to promote wind power consumption includes: acquiring blocked electric quantity of wind power at a peak down-regulation period; acquiring a curve of disorderly charging loads of the electric vehicles; establishing a model for optimizing the charging loads of the electric vehicles to promote wind power consumption, wherein an objective function of the model refers to that the electric vehicles participate in wind power consumption to minimize the remaining blocked quantity of the wind power, and the total charging cost of the electric vehicles is lowest, and acquiring constraint conditions of the model; and solving the optimization model by adopting an adaptive mutation particle swarm optimization algorithm, to obtain the target charging/discharging electric quantity and the target charging/discharging power of the electric vehicles.

    Abstract: A remanufacturing method of a drill includes providing a drill with a worn-out area. The drill comprises: a shank part; and a flute part arranged on one end of the shank part. A chisel edge is formed on the front end of the flute part, and the radius of any one of the cross section of the chisel edge is defined as a core thickness; a first blade and a second blade with tilt directions toward the shank part are formed on the two sides of the chisel edge. The first circumferential surface of the first blade and the second circumferential surface of the second blade are respectively extended and spiraled toward the shank part along a periphery of the flute part and form two helical cutting edges, a first debris-discharging groove and a second debris-discharging groove. The first blade comprises a first cutting edge. The first cutting edge and the first circumferential surface define the worn-out area.

The images can be still images or video of the interior of a core of the engine. A gateway can route the data to the inspection assistant. The inspection assistant can provide interactive inspection guidance to an operator and can detect component defects. The inspection assistant can provide real time defect analysis to the operator by generating an alert upon detection of a defect. The generated alert can be audible, a visual graphic presented on a display of the visual inspection, and/or some other suitable alert. The analysis results can assist the operator during inspection.
