    Abstract: A semiconductor device such as a fin field effect transistor and its method of manufacture are provided. In some embodiments gate spacers are formed over a semiconductor fin, and a first gate stack is formed over the fin. A first sacrificial material with a large selectivity to the gate spacers is formed over the gate stack, and a second sacrificial material with a large selectivity is formed over a source/drain contact plug. Etching processes are utilized to form openings through the first sacrificial material and through the second sacrificial material, and the openings are filled with a conductive material.

    Abstract: In some embodiments, the present disclosure relates to a method for manufacturing an integrated chip. The method includes forming a transistor structure over a substrate. The transistor structure comprises a pair of source/drain regions and a gate electrode between the source/drain regions. A lower inter-level dielectric (ILD) layer is formed over the pair of source/drain regions and around the gate electrode. A gate capping layer is formed over the gate electrode. A selective etch and deposition process is performed to form a dielectric protection layer on the gate capping layer while forming a contact opening within the lower ILD layer. A lower source/drain contact is formed within the contact opening.

    Abstract: An electric vehicle transmission method includes the steps of: detecting a gear-shift command; judging if the gear-shift command is in conflict, if it is in conflict, then it returns back to the step of detecting the gear-shift command while if it is not in conflict, then proceeds to the next step; proceeding to a synchronized position, a dispelling fork drives a synchronizer to make the synchronizer move from the original gear position to a synchronized position, and the dispelling fork does not move within a synchronized time; and proceeding to a target position, the dispelling fork drives the synchronizer again to make the synchronizer move to the target gear position.

The cam set includes a shaft, a first and a second cam pivotally engaged with the shaft, wherein the shaft drives the first cam and the second cam to rotate, so as to drive the ratchet pawl to engage with a gear wheel that is pivotally engaged with a shaft member and to stop the shaft member.
