    Abstract: The present invention provides a cable lock and an universal hold-down support. The hold-down support has a holder integrally formed at one side and a C-shaped staying bracket at the other side. In practicing, the staying bracket is fastened on a seat support of a bicycle frame, the holder is used to locate the cable lock, in which two crossing through-holes are provided with four openings for the lock housing of the cable lock to be inserted therein as up-down and right-left side ways. The crossing point has a trepan on the side wall for the latch of the cable lock passing through and locked in the lock housing in order to locate the cable lock on the hold-down support. The cable lock includes two bayonet joined shrouds covering over a cylindrical body.

    Abstract: A fixture for a padlock is provided in which a hold-down support is formed by a staying bracket and a cylindrical holder. A couple of opposing lugs are formed on the respective edges of an opening formed through the wall of the holder, and two locating holes are formed through the side wall of the holder, the holes being an a 90.degree. angle therebetween. Each lug has a convex projection formed on the inner surface thereof. A trigger piece is inserted into the space between the two curved projections of the two lugs and is pivoted on a locating pin. The trigger piece has two cams formed on opposing sides thereof that contact the peaks of the convex projections of the lugs when the trigger piece is rotated. By rotating the trigger piece, the opening is adjustable so as to hold or free the cylindrical lock body of the padlock. The padlock's lock bar can pass through a selected one of the locating holes and lock into the cylindrical lock body.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a locking device for motorcycle which includes a lock barrel and a collapsible latch hook. The latch hook is composed of two feet in that the upper portions are bent segments and the the bottom portions are vertical segments, and the two feet can pivot on a vertical trunnion horizontally. The feature of the present invention is that the two feet have a corresponding diversity bending angle on the bent segments so that the shafts of the feet close together as standing side by side.

    Abstract: A linkage lock device is provided for fastening objects having either regular or irregular shapes. The lock is composed of a plurality of identical arcuate bars having opposing ends of each bar pivotally connected to an end of another one of the bars to form a chain. One of a pair of free ends is formed to receive a lock mechanism which releasably secures the other free end to form a closed loop to encompass the object being secured against theft. Each pivotal coupling is formed by a pin secured through hardened washers into which the ends of the pin are received.

    Abstract: An easily manufactured, inexpensive, bicycle lock is provided with a U-shaped latch rod (3) with outside grooves (31) at its two ends, these ends being received into corresponding side holes of a tubular lock body (1) having a latitudinal hole. A protecting barrel (4) protrudes laterally of the lock body (1) to surround that end of the latch rod (3) inserted into one of the side holes to prevent easy breakage of the latch rod there. Covers (5) and (51) cover the lock body (1) (including the protruding barrel) and the latch rod (3) respectively. A lock core (2) engages one of the grooved ends of the latch rod (3) during use.
