Abstract: A method of fabricating an integrated circuit includes placing a first set of conductive feature patterns on a first level, placing a second set of conductive feature patterns on a second level, placing a first set of via patterns between the second set of conductive feature patterns and the first set of conductive feature patterns, placing a third set of conductive feature patterns on a third level different from the first level and the second level, placing a second set of via patterns between the third set of conductive feature patterns and the second set of conductive feature patterns, and manufacturing the integrated circuit based on at least one of the above patterns of the integrated circuit.

Abstract: A heat dissipating device comprises a plurality of fins. Each of an upper side and a lower side of the fin is folded as a vertical folding sheet. An unfolded portion of the fin is cut to form four cutting hole. Each hole is formed with a buckling sheet. An upper side of the buckling sheet is a flat surface. Each of two sides of the flat surface is extended with a convex surface. An incline surface is connected to the convex surface. A lateral surface is connected to the inclined surface. A lower side of the buckling sheet is formed with a slot. The shape of the slot is corresponding to that of an upper portion of the buckling sheet. In another design, the buckling sheets are extended from the folded sheets and the holes are formed on the folded sheets and below the buckled sheets.

Each of two sides of each sheet is protruded with a buckling ear. The buckling ear is formed by a triangular sheet and a support plate. The support plate is connected to one apex of the triangular sheet and the folding sheet. A hole is formed on the folding sheet and is located behind the buckling ear. The shape of the hole is corresponding to that of the buckling ear. A tenon is formed at two lateral walls of the hole and a middle section of the tenon is protruded with a semi-round section. Further, the buckling ear may have a T shape or the triangular sheet can be replaced by a round sheet.

Abstract: A composition of alcoholic neutralization ingredients, essentially made of powder Atractylis ovata Thunb, Poria cocoa Wolf, Alisma plantago-aquatica L, Pachma hoelen Rumph, Glycyrrhiza glabra L., Cinnamomum loureiru Nees, Thea sinensis L., and Flos puerariae extracted from natural plants and saccharin to be fused in cold water for drink before or after the alcoholic drinks, so to alleviate the hangover by promoting metabolism of alcohol in one's livers to avoid getting drunk due to the alcohol accumulated inside one's body, and the functions of the kidneys and skins to facilitate urination and sweating to excrete the alcohol while keeping one calm down to stay away from violence, losing temper and dizziness usually observed on one who is drunk.

Abstract: A composition with dehydration preventive ingredients, is essentially comprised of calcium carbonate and organic substances extracted from powder of Perla Perla, Atractylis ovata Thunb, Poria cocos Wolf, Alisma plantago-aquatica L., P. Hoelen Rumph, Clcyrrhiza glabra L., Cinnamomum loureiru Nees, and saccharin to be infused in water for drink before meal to quench thirst, prevent diarrhea, alleviate food poisoning, and to avoid dehydration and make up loss of electrolytes due to vomit for alleviating discomfort.
