    Abstract: A rotor for reducing eddy current loss, includes a rotor yoke, the rotor yoke has a fixing portion, and an inner ring portion and an outer ring portion connected to the fixing portion and disposed in the same direction; and a ring-shaped magnetic steel assembly, affixed to the fixing portion and radially affixed by means of the inner ring portion and the outer ring portion. The inner ring portion and/or the outer ring portion are uniformly provided with multiple channels blocking a transmission path of an eddy current, so as to increase resistance of the eddy current and thereby reduce eddy current loss, effectively preventing heating caused by eddy current loss, as well as preventing the phenomenon of magnetic steel demagnetization from occurring and affecting service life.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a highly selective acid-resistant polyamide nanofiltration membrane containing Tröger's base and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises: preparing a Tröger's base phenylenediamine monomer, dissolving the monomer together with polyethersulfone in a polar solvent to prepare a casting solution, and then coating the casting solution on a non-woven fabric to prepare a polyethersulfone support membrane with a surface rich in PDA-TB by non-solvent induced phase separation, and finally contacting with a polyacyl chloride solution by one side to perform a polymerization reaction to prepare a highly selective acid-resistant polyamide nanofiltration membrane containing Tröger's base. Compared with the conventional poly(piperazine-amide) nanofiltration membrane, the nanofiltration membrane of the present invention has greatly improved acid resistance and higher separation selectivity.

The injection amount can be adjusted and controlled, and button batteries with different specifications can be produced in batch. The information recorded by the scanning component can facilitate the optimization of the process.
