    Abstract: An antenna structure comprises a substrate, a first antenna unit and a second antenna unit. The substrate comprises a first surface and a second surface opposing the first surface. The first antenna unit is disposed on the first surface, and comprises at least a first slot with a wider inside and narrower outside at the edge of the first antenna unit. The second antenna unit is disposed on the second surface, and is connected to the first antenna unit through a hole in the substrate. The radius of the at least one first slot is one-fourth the wavelength of the central frequency of the antenna structure.

A remaining amount of remaining MOs is counted. An amount tag for the remaining MOs is printed according to the remaining amount of the remaining MOs for sticking on a remaining MO carrier for loading the remaining MOs.

    Abstract: Structures, devices and methods are provided for creating heterojunction AlGaN/GaN metal two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) tunnel-junction field-effect transistors (TJ-FET). In one aspect, metal-2DEG Schottky tunnel junctions can be employed in group III-Nitride field-effect devices that enable normally-off operation, large breakdown voltage, low leakage current, and high on/off current ratio. As a further advantage, AlGaN/GaN metal-2DEG TJ-FETs are disclosed that can be fabricated in a lateral configuration and/or a vertical configuration. Further non-limiting embodiments are provided that illustrate the advantages and flexibility of the disclosed structures.

Firstly, a first substrate and a second substrate are provided, wherein a surface of the first substrate is covered by a first Ag layer and a surface of the second substrate is covered by a second Ag layer and a metallic layer from bottom to top, wherein the metallic layer comprises a first Sn layer. Secondly, a bonding process is performed by aligning the first and second substrates followed by bringing the metallic layer into contact with the first Ag layer followed by applying a load while heating to a predetermined temperature in order to form Ag3Sn intermetallic compounds.
