    Abstract: This disclosure provides a semiconductor package including a chip, a drain lead frame assembly, a source lead frame assembly, and an insulation layer. The chip includes an opposite drain surface and source surface. The drain lead frame assembly includes a drain contact plate, a drain connecting section, and drain leads integrally formed into one piece. The drain contact plate is physically connected to the drain surface. An area of the drain contact plate is larger than that of the drain surface. The source lead frame assembly includes a source contact plate, a source connecting section, and source leads integrally formed into one piece. The source contact plate is physically connected to the source surface. An area of the source contact plate is smaller than that of the source surface. The insulation layer encapsulates the chip and surrounds the drain contact plate and the source contact plate.

    Abstract: A substance component detection apparatus and a method are provided to reduce absorption of an infrared signal by a window medium, thereby obtaining abundant fingerprint region signals. The apparatus includes: a sample pool, an infrared optical window, an infrared light source, and a detector. The infrared optical window has a first surface that faces an inner side of the sample pool and that is configured to be in contact with a to-be-detected substance, and a second surface exposed on an outer side of the sample pool. A protruding portion is formed between two adjacent grooves on the second surface, and any protruding portion has an incident surface and an emergent surface. An infrared signal emitted by the infrared light source is irradiated on the incident surface. The detector determines a component of the to-be-detected substance and/or content of the component.

A color plate partially shown in a window moves vertically up and down with door handle motion. Unlike other indicators, the door handle and not lock actives use indication to avoid mishaps from forgetting to lock the door. The color plate is spring loaded with a V-shaped bottom. The color plate vertically moves by a cam having two L-shaped portions forming a V-shaped recess to initially secure the color plate's V-shaped bottom. Cam activation is through a dial head that moves with the door handle. When the color plate indicates use, the V-Shaped bottom rests on one of the cam's L-shaped portions. The color plate may also include braille markings. The indication box is used on a door's front portion with any electronic smart lock design and operates without electrical power.

The nitrogen-containing group includes: an alkyl group, and a dimethylamine group and a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic group that are respectively connected to two ends of the alkyl group, where the dimethylamine group is further connected to the binary epoxy compound residual group through a single bond. The polymer is conducive to obtaining a high-coplanarity plating at a high current density, and is especially suitable for being used as a leveling agent in an electroplating solution.
