The base can be the main structure that at least a portion of the clamps ride and that the claw-lock/clip is affixed to via a strap/cord. The at least two clamps can be a left clamp and a right clamp. Each of the left and right clamps can include a portion that rides a portion of the main structure. Further, clamp pads can couple to the left clamp and right clamp.
