Abstract: A television device and the method for displaying a virtual on-screen interactive moderator are disclosed. The television device generates a virtual character to displayed on a display screen connected to the television device to be a virtual on-screen interactive moderator of the television device which is in a viewable, visual form and interacts with the user of the television device. The virtual on-screen interactive moderator acts as an intermediating proxy agent between the user and the television device for activating and executing the commands of the television device user, or proactively offers related reference information and advices, which helps the user to connect to the desired TV channels, web pages, functions, or activating applications on the television device. Accordingly, the user has a whole new experience by interacting with the virtual on-screen interactive moderator.

Abstract: A battery power service management system and a battery power service management method are provided. The present invention is adapted for providing an instant battery power service in which a backup battery having an electric power volume sufficient for driving the vehicle to run a desired mileage is provided for replacing an original battery originally used by the vehicle which electric power volume is insufficient for driving the vehicle to run the desired mileage, and/or providing a non-instant battery power service in which the original battery is charged to obtain an electric power volume sufficient for driving the vehicle to run the desired mileage. The battery power service management system and the battery power service management method of the present invention are capable of providing a corresponding battery power service in accordance with the desired mileage that the hybrid vehicle or the electric vehicle is desired to run.

Abstract: An operation system for providing backup batteries for hybrid vehicles and/or electric vehicles and a method thereof are provided. In accordance with the present invention, information and data related to backup batteries demanded for driving the gas-electric hybrid vehicles or electric vehicle to moves are obtained and processed, and according to the processed information and data, a service end provides backup batteries for replacing the original batteries for further driving the vehicle to move. When the vehicles at the client end lack electric power for further driving, they no longer need to wait to the have their batteries charged. Instead, backup batteries having sufficient electric power stored therein are provided for replacement to provide electric power for further driving.
