    Abstract: A training device for hitting a ball includes a spiral pipe and a base. The spiral pipe is composed of a plurality of dual-awl ring members connected together to form an adjustable pipe. The spiral pipe includes a top pipe at an upper end thereof to connect with a socket, a bottom pipe and a positioning sleeve at a lower end thereof to connect with a through hole and a stepped hole of the base. The base is in the shape of a home plate. The base has the through hole at a central portion thereof and the stepped trough underneath the through hole. The base includes at least two plates having relative connecting surfaces which are formed with notches and protrusions to engage with each other. The protrusions are engaged with the notches for assembling the two plates to become one-piece. The bottom pipe is inserted in the through hole with the first stop ring to be blocked on the through hole. The positioning sleeve is inserted in the stepped trough with the second stop ring being secured in the stepped trough.

    Abstract: A basketball backboard and boxing training apparatus including a base, a column, adjusting stem, first and second reeds and a boxing bag. The column has adjusting holes on opposite walls thereof. The first reed is inserted into a lower portion of the adjusting stem and any pair of the adjustment holes when the stem is fitted into the column. The backboard includes a ring and a suspension bolt disposed therein, and a mounting plate disposed at its bottom end. The suspension bolt can be driven into the backboard and is concealed when the apparatus is used as a basketball backboard. The second reed is inserted into and upper portion of the stem. Bolts are used to join the mounting plate of the backboard to the upper portion of the stem so that the apparatus can be used as a basketball backboard. The backboard can be turned to a horizontal position and the boxing bag can be suspended therefrom to make the apparatus usable as a boxing training apparatus.

    Abstract: A backboard assembly for basketball including a backboard being provided with an elongate slot in the lower middle portion. The back surface of the backboard is provided with a pair of projected sockets which are spaced apart from each other and each of the sockets is adjacent to the end portion of the elongate slot. Each of the sockets is provided with a shaft hole which is parallel to the longitudinal axis of the elongate slot. The elongate slot is further provided with a pair of cutouts which are spaced apart from each other and each of the cutouts is adjacent to the end portion of the elongate slot. A rim hoop ring defines an opening thereof. The opening is provided with a pair of mounting legs directed outward. Each of the mounting legs is further provided with a pin shaft which is pivotally received within the shaft hole of the socket of the backboard.
