    Abstract: A molecule representation is extracted from a document and associated with the document in a metadata database. For example, an image of a molecular structure may be extracted from a document and stored in the metadata database in a text-based representation such as SMILES. The metadata database may be searched to identify documents that mention a particular molecule. Continuing the example, the metadata database may be searched with a SMILES representation to identify the document and other documents that refer to the same molecule. The metadata database may index documents based on different types of molecule representations, including text-based, image-based, graph-based, name, abbreviation, etc. This allows search over multiple representations of a molecule, improving accuracy and thoroughness. These improvements reduce the time and computational resources needed to search for documents that refer to a particular molecule.

    Abstract: A fibroblast activation protein (FAP) compound or salt is provided with albumin dual-binding function. It is a new target FAP molecule, comprising a payload group, a linker group and a FAP binding group. The linker group has an architecture selected from four architectures to connect to the payload group and the FAP binding group to form the FAP compound. The target FAP molecule has the biological activity of binding to albumin in blood and that of binding to FAP protein. The present invention is combined with radioactive nuclide Lu-177, Ac-225, Ga-67 or In-111 for long-circulation FAP targeting in the body. Higher accumulation in expressing FAP tumors is achieved, and the accumulation time of inhibitors in tumors is prolonged. The present invention allows radioactivity to act in the tumor for a long time, thereby reducing the radioactivity concentration or reducing the frequency of radioactive inhibitor administration to inhibit tumor growth.

    Abstract: Provided are a human LIFR antigen binding protein, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. A series of human LIFR antibodies having biological functions are obtained using human LIFR-ECD protein immune H2L2 humanized antibody transgenic mice by means of single B cell cloning technology (SBC), single B cell sequencing analysis, and Fc recombination. The method greatly improves the discovery efficiency and the yield of antibody drugs, and the obtained human LIFR antibody has good affinity and can block the binding of huLIF proteins to huLIFR/gp130 cells, thereby inhibiting signaling pathways such as STAT3, further inhibiting the growth of tumors, and achieving the purpose of tumor prevention and treatment.
