The first portion includes polylactic acid (PLA), polycaprolactone (PCL), polyethylene glycol dimethacrylate (PEGDMA) and a photoinitiator. The second portion includes polycaprolactone (PCL), gelatin, hyaluronic acid (HA), alginate (AA), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) or a combination thereof.

Abstract: A temperature-sensitive cell culture composition is provided. The temperature-sensitive cell culture composition includes a hydrogel, a cellulose, a gelatin and a collagen. Based on 1 part by weight of the collagen, a content of the hydrogel is between 0.03 parts by weight and 60 parts by weight, a content of the cellulose is between 150 parts by weight and 360 parts by weight, and a content of the gelatin is between 21 parts by weight and 12 parts by weight. Abstract: A drug-containing multilayer film provided. The drug-containing multilayer film includes: a drug-containing layer; and an anti-adhesion layer on a surface of the drug-containing layer. The drug-containing layer is composed of a first composition including a first polymer material and a drug, and the first polymer material includes at least one selected from the group consisting of: polylactic acid (PLA) and polyethylene glycol (PEG), and the weight ratio of the first polymer material to the drug is about 1:0.01-0.3. The anti-adhesion layer is composed of a second composition, and the second composition includes a second polymer material, and the second polymer material includes at least one selected from the group consisting of polylactic acid and polyethylene glycol.
