The method comprises: when determining that a pre-defined condition is met, a user equipment transmitting, to an edge dispatch node, a domain name system (DNS) resolution request carrying first information, wherein the first information comprises user identifier information, application identifier information, and service continuity demand information; and receiving a DNS resolution response from the edge dispatch node, wherein the DNS resolution response comprises the updated address information of a second edge application server.

The method includes: receiving a first data packet from a second node, wherein the first data packet includes first information indicating a dynamic load-sharing request; selecting, according to the first information, a first path for forwarding the first data packet, and recording an identifier of the first path; receiving a second data packet from the second node, wherein the second data packet includes an identifier of the first path, and the second data packet is a data packet, after the first data packet, of a same traffic; selecting, according to the identifier of the first path, the first path to forward the second data packet.

Abstract: The present invention belongs to the field of pharmaceutical synthesis, disclosing a synthetic process and application of metformin hydrochloride, which is to take dicyandiamine and dimethylamine, after dissolving in lower alcohol, adding sodium alkoxide, mixing evenly and gradually raising the temperature for condensation reaction, after the reaction ends, adding hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH to acidic, that is, metformin hydrochloride as described. The synthetic process of metformin hydrochloride provided in this invention, reduces the energy consumption during the reaction, reduces the production cost, and reduces the difficulty of product purification. The present invention is applicable to the synthesis of metformin hydrochloride, the as synthesized metformin hydrochloride is used to prepare metformin hydrochloride sustained release tablets.

The method includes: receiving a DNS addressing request from a UE, the DNS addressing request including indication information for addressing the edge application; obtaining information of a target edge application in accordance with the indication information for addressing the edge application; and transmitting the information of the target edge application to the UE.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for removing a non-target RNA from an RNA sample, including: performing reverse transcription on an RNA sample by using a reverse transcription primer, and removing an RNA template, to obtain a non-target first-strand cDNA and a target first-strand cDNA; hybridizing the non-target first-strand cDNA with a specific probe to obtain a non-target first-strand cDNA-probe complex; and digesting the non-target first-strand cDNA-probe complex by using a duplex-specific nuclease to obtain the target first-strand cDNA. The non-target first-strand cDNA-probe complex can be further extended to obtain a double-stranded DNA region that can be completely digested by the duplex-specific nuclease, then the duplex-specific nuclease is added for digestion.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a circular transposon compound, wherein the circular transposon compound includes a Tn5 transposase and an insert DNA; and the insert DNA contains transposon end sequences, two tag sequences, and a DNA sequence containing an enzymecutting site. The present disclosure further relates to an application of the circular transposon in DNA library construction. In the present disclosure, the method of constructing a DNA library by using the circular transposon compound has simple and convenient operations and high library construction efficiency, wherein the whole process of the library construction can be completed in only 80 minutes, and the required DNA amount is significantly reduced, with 1-50 ng of target DNAs being sufficient for the library construction, thereby promoting the wide application of the next-generation sequencing technology in the life science research and precise medical enterprise, which has great and profound significance.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method and device for protecting user privacy data of a mobile terminal in the embodiment of the present invention, related to a wireless terminal, wherein the method includes: when a subscriber identity module card is inserted into a mobile terminal, obtaining card information of the subscriber identity module card, and judging whether there are user privacy data in the mobile terminal or not; if the judgment result is yes, matching the card information with card information stored in the mobile terminal, and displaying the user privacy data for the user to use according to the matching result; and if the judgment result is no, performing security processing on the mobile terminal.
