The synthetic process of metformin hydrochloride provided in this invention, reduces the energy consumption during the reaction, reduces the production cost, and reduces the difficulty of product purification. The present invention is applicable to the synthesis of metformin hydrochloride, the as synthesized metformin hydrochloride is used to prepare metformin hydrochloride sustained release tablets.

The non-target first-strand cDNA-probe complex can be further extended to obtain a double-stranded DNA region that can be completely digested by the duplex-specific nuclease, then the duplex-specific nuclease is added for digestion.
