Abstract: A multi-configuration exercise device may include a base frame, an interface frame, a support beam coupled to the base frame and the interface frame, a first strut with an adjustable length to adjust a first angle between the support beam and the interface frame, a second strut with an adjustable length to adjust a second angle between the support beam and the base frame. The exercise device is configured to be manipulated into a configuration in which the second angle is less than the first angle such that the interface frame and the base frame define a decline angle.
