    Abstract: An adsorbable electrical coupling device having charging and data backup functions is provided. An adsorbable coupling component is detachably coupled to a coupling component of an electronic device, such that the adsorbable electrical coupling device is adsorbed on and electrically coupled to the electronic device. When the adsorbable electrical coupling device is electrically coupled to the electronic device, the electronic device receives power from a power supply device of the adsorbable electrical coupling device. A data storage component may backup data of the electronic device or provide data stored in the data storage component to the electronic device. When one or both of power and data are transmitted between the adsorbable electrical coupling device and the electronic device, a user is allowed to manipulate the electronic device to execute other programs.

When the memory card is locked, any device other than the external card reader cannot read and identify the memory card, and thus cannot look up and access data stored in the memory card.

    Abstract: A process for integrating an alignment mark and a trench device. A substrate having first and second trenches is provided. The second trench is used as the alignment mark having a width larger than the first trench. The trench device is formed in each of the low portion of the first and second trenches, and then a first conductive layer is formed on the trench device in each of the first and second trenches. A second conductive layer is formed overlying the substrate and fills in the first trench and is simultaneously and conformably formed over the inner surface of the second trench. The second conductive layer and a portion of the first conductive layer in the second trench are removed and simultaneously leave a portion of the second conductive layer in the first trench by the etch back process.

    Abstract: A method of measuring resistance in a deep trench. A first substrate having a first trench with a first depth is provided. A first collar insulating layer is formed on the sidewall of the first trench. A first polysilicon layer is formed in the first trench and on the first substrate to obtain a first polysilicon plug in the first trench. The first polysilicon layer and the first substrate are doped with impurity ions, and a first N well is formed in the first substrate. The above procedures are repeated to obtain a second substrate having a second trench with a second depth not equal to the first depth. A voltage is applied to the first and second substrates respectively to obtain a first total resistance of the first substrate and a second total resistance of the second substrate. Finally, the first total resistance and second total resistance are converted by calculation to obtain a resistance of the first polysilicon plug and a resistance of the second polysilicon plug.
