  • Patent number: 11973027
Abstract: A semiconductor device and a method of forming the same are provided. The semiconductor device includes a substrate, a gate structure, a dielectric structure and a contact structure. The substrate has source/drain (S/D) regions. The gate structure is on the substrate and between the S/D regions. The dielectric structure covers the gate structure. The contact structure penetrates through the dielectric structure to connect to the S/D region. A lower portion of a sidewall of the contact structure is spaced apart from the dielectric structure by an air gap therebetween, while an upper portion of the sidewall of the contact structure is in contact with the dielectric structure.

  • Publication number: 20130257836
Abstract: A display device includes a plurality of pixel circuits arranged in a plurality of rows and columns, a plurality of scan lines, a plurality of data lines, a scan driver operable to drive the rows of the pixel circuits in sequence via the scan lines, and a data driver coupled to the columns of the pixel circuits via the data lines. The scan lines include first and second sets of scan lines alternately disposed with each other. For each of the first and second sets of the scan lines, adjacent scan lines have different circuit properties. The scan driver activates each of the scan lines for a respective activation time period according to the circuit property thereof.

  • Publication number: 20070059296
Abstract: A probiotic composition essentially comprises 15 to 20 wt % of milk powder, 25 to 30 wt % of corn starch, 8 to 15 wt % of modified starch (capsul), 10 to 15 wt % of ethylcellulose, 5 to 15 wt % of bacterial broth, and 10 to 15 wt % of talc. The probiotic composition is microencapsulated to form a plurality of microencapsule coated with an acid-resistant enteric coating for improving the enteric acid-resistance, the probiotic survival rate, the antimicrobial property, the stability, the moisture-proof property, and the mobility of the probiotic composition preventing from coagulation in a moist environment and for being used as an additive applied to livestock feed.
