  • Publication number: 20090032380
Abstract: The invention discloses a membrane switch circuit and a keyswitch using such membrane switch circuit. The keyswitch comprises a deformable member, which is disposed on the membrane switch circuit. The membrane switch circuit according to the invention comprises a membrane circuit, an adhering layer, and an insulating layer. The membrane circuit thereon comprises a switch. The adhering layer is formed on the membrane circuit and surrounds the switch. The adhering layer comprises at least one gap. The insulating layer is formed on the adhering layer. The insulating layer has a hole in which the switch is exposed. A bottom of the deformable member is adhered to the insulating layer. In particular, the at least one gap covered by the bottom of the deformable member is utilized as at least one vent.

  • Publication number: 20080121509
Abstract: The present invention provides a key switch with an exhaust structure, which includes a keycap having a top surface and an inner surface with a cavity and an elastic member. The elastic member includes a protrusion and an elastic body. The protrusion is coupled with the inner surface of the keycap. A gas channel is formed between the cavity of the keycap and the protrusion of the elastic member. When an external force is applied to the top surface of the keycap to compress the elastic body, the gas within the elastic member can be exhausted through the gas channel of the elastic member.

  • Publication number: 20070272533
Abstract: A keyboard with a wobble prevention structure, which is substantially a substrate having at least one press key arranged thereon while enabling each press key to be driven to move in a reciprocating manner following a specific direction, and having a plurality of position limit devices disposed on the substrate and beneath the periphery of a corresponding press key. In a preferred aspect, each position device is integrally formed with the substrate, or can be formed on the substrate by stamp forming technique, that each is used to confine the corresponding press key to move following only the specific direction, such that the wobbling of the press keys is prevented.

  • Publication number: 20070274054
Abstract: The present invention relates to a foolproof interlock apparatus, adapted to enable a first device to interlock with a second device, which comprises: at least a hook, composed of an extending part and a engaging part; and at least a lip having a recess; wherein, the engaging part is disposed at a free end of the extending part while an end of the extending part is fitted to the first device; and the recess of the lip fitted to the second device is used to receive the engaging part for enabling the recess and the engaging part to abut against each other and thus maintain a specific engagement. Therefore, by adjusting the engagement between the hook and the lip, the tightness of the engagement between the first and the second device can be controlled.
