Abstract: An assembled subway station and a construction method thereof are provided. The assembled subway station includes a plurality of components combined in a ring shape, comprising a bottom plate component, two bottom corner components, two side wall components, a middle plate component, two top corner components, and a top plate component. Connection surfaces of each component are each provided with a concave-convex structure being matched with another concave-convex structure on a relevant connection surface of an adjacent component. Butt joint positions of two adjacent components are filled with sealing structures. The embedded grooves of two adjacent components are oppositely arranged, and connecting members for exerting opposite fastening forces on the two adjacent components are installed in the oppositely arranged embedded grooves.

Abstract: The invention relates to a heat exchange fin, with a tube hole formed thereon for a heat exchange tube to be inserted into. A corrugated structure is arranged near the tube hole. The corrugated structure comprises a wave section arranged along a flow direction of fluid medium. The distance between two adjacent wave crests or wave troughs of the wave section is one wavelength. The total length of the wave section is 1-1.5 times the wavelength. A bridge plate is arranged at the wave crests and wave troughs of the wave section, respectively. The bridge plate deflects relative to the wave crests and wave troughs by a preset distance. The invention also proposes a heat exchanger configured with the heat exchange fins, and a heat pump system configured with the heat exchanger.

Abstract: The present application discloses an evaporator and a liquid blocking device thereof. The liquid blocking device includes: a body, which has a plate-shaped first separator extending in a longitudinal direction, the first separator having a plurality of holes, and the plurality of holes communicating an exterior of the body with an interior of the body; and a second separator attached to the body, the second separator being configured to have a plurality of openings which abut each other, so that a pressure drop generated when a fluid passes through the second separator via the openings is less than a pressure drop generated when the fluid passes through the first separator. The present application can improve the effect of gas-liquid separation.

Abstract: An economizer and an air conditioning system. The economizer includes a housing with a refrigerant inlet for connecting to a first heat exchanger, a refrigerant outlet for connecting to a second heat exchanger, and a suction port for connecting to an intermediate stage of a compressor provided thereon; and a choke portion configured to protrude inwardly from an inner wall of the housing and arranged close to the suction port, such that refrigerant flowing to the suction port is at least partially obstructed. According to the technical solutions of the present application, the refrigerant flowing to the suction port can be at least partially obstructed. When the liquid droplets carried by the refrigerant are obstructed by the choke portion, the liquid droplets are adsorbed on the wall surface to form a liquid film, and the movement of the liquid film is obstructed by the choke portion.

The QMC system a measurement and control (MC) network including a plurality of measurement and control subgroups (MCSGs), the each MCSG being configured to perform MC on a physical quantum bit (qubit) group, the each MCSG including a measurement unit and a plurality of control units, and each of the plurality of control units being configured to control one of the plurality of physical qubits, the measurement unit being configured to measure a quantum state of the one of the plurality of physical qubits, and transmit a control instruction to the each of the plurality of control units based on the quantum state as measured, and the each of the plurality of control units being configured to control the one of the plurality of physical qubits according to the control instruction.

Abstract: Provided are a potentiometric biosensor (100) and a method for detecting urea concentration in a sample. The potentiometric biosensor (100) comprises an indication electrode (23) and a reference electrode (24). A second reaction reagent on the indication electrode (23) comprises a urease but does not comprise an electron transporter. A first reaction reagent on the reference electrode (24) comprises an electron transporter but does not comprise a urease. In the case where no external voltage is applied, after a blood sample has been added, the urease catalyzes the reaction of urea in the sample, thereby causing a potential difference between the indication electrode (23) and the reference electrode (24). Furthermore, the potential difference between the indication electrode (23) and the reference electrode (24) is in a linear relationship with the urea concentration in the sample, and the urea concentration in the sample can be calculated according to such linear relationship.

Abstract: Provided herein, inter alia, is a method for producing an enriched population of antigen-specific plasma cells. In some embodiments, the method may comprise: (a) obtaining a sample of cells from an animal that has been immunized by an antigen, wherein the sample comprises B cells; (b) enriching for a population of antigen-specific B cells that comprise cell surface antibodies that are specific for the antigen by: i. contacting at least 105 of the cells in said sample, en masse, with the antigen or a portion thereof; and ii. isolating cells that bind to the antigen or portion thereof; and (c) activating the enriched B cells, en masse, in the presence of the antigen or portion thereof, to produce the enriched population of antigen-specific plasma cells.
