    Abstract: A radome is provided. The radome includes a substrate layer and a reinforcement layer, and the reinforcement layer is formed at least on an inner surface and/or an outer surface of the substrate layer. The reinforcement layer includes a fiber layer and thermoplastic resin attached to the fiber layer, the fiber layer includes a first fiber, and a length of the first fiber is greater than or equal to 25 mm; and the substrate layer includes thermoplastic resin, and the thermoplastic resin in the reinforcement layer is made of a same material as the thermoplastic resin in the substrate layer. According to the radome provided in this application, the reinforcement layer is provided on the substrate layer, so that impact resistance performance of the entire radome is improved by using the reinforcement layer. This is conducive to implementing lightweight of the radome and meeting an impact resistance performance requirement.

    Abstract: The technology of this application relates to a radome, a stacked plate and a composite plate used for the radome, and a manufacturing method. The radome is manufactured by performing softening and hot roll pressing on a composite plate. A stacked plate forming the composite plate includes a first layer, a second layer, and a third layer that are sequentially stacked. The first layer and the third layer are of a same structure and are made of a same material. The first layer and the third layer each are formed by compounding a continuous-fiber-woven object and thermoplastic resin. The second layer is made of a foam material.

    Abstract: A kind of plastic is provided. With a total of 100 parts by weight, the plastic includes the following components in parts by weight: 25 to 90 parts of matrix resin; 1 to 60 parts of laser reflecting agent; and 0 to 70 parts of inorganic filler, where the inorganic filler is capable of being chemically corroded. When the matrix resin includes a resin component capable of being chemically corroded, parts by weight of the inorganic filler are greater than or equal to 0 parts; or when the matrix resin is fully a resin component incapable of being chemically corroded, parts by weight of the inorganic filler are greater than 0 parts. For the plastic, a low roughness surface can be obtained through chemical roughening, to form a desirable coating binding surface, and help implement metallization.

    Abstract: A dielectric lens, where the dielectric lens is a cylindrical lens or an ellipsoidal lens whose cross-sectional profile is a quasi-ellipse, and the dielectric lens is formed by piling a plurality of units. Dielectric constant distribution of the units in the dielectric lens enables a non-plane wave in a minor axis direction of the quasi-ellipse to be converted into a plane wave through the dielectric lens. The units of the dielectric lens are prepared through extrusion, injection, molding, computer numerical control (CNC) machining, or a three dimensional (3D) printing process technology, and the units may be assembled through gluing, welding, structural clamping, or a coupling printed through 3D printing. When the dielectric lens is applied to a multi-beam antenna, a system capacity of a communications system can be increased. In addition, a thickness of the lens is reduced using the multi-beam antenna.
